Join us for a mindfulness workshop designed to support children's emotional well-being, communication skills, and social development - all through yoga and play! Designed by a speech therapist & yoga instructor, this workshop includes: Breathing and relaxation techniques - helping children manage big feelings and build self-regulation skills. Early literacy & communication activities - encouraging expressive language, listening, and confidence in social interactions. Group movement and mindful play - developing coordination teamwork, and body awareness in a fun, engaging way.
