  • Yin-yasa

    Part of our weekly line up.

    Yin - targets fascia, joints, and connective tissue and encourages props. Vinyasa - focuses on mobility, coordination and muscular engagement.

    Yin-yasana is the best way to describe this happy marriage of stillness and movement. One of our practitioners favorite evening classes.

  • Yoga Nidra & Recovery

    Also part of our weekly line up.

    This mid-week “reset” is the perfect drop in class - or part of your existing weekly routine.

    Through a sequence of postures and breathwork techniques, practitioners are guided through meditations that promote deeper states of relaxation. Referred to as “yogic sleep”, nidra facilitates natural healing in the body.

  • Weekend Specialties

    New addition at the studio.

    Weekend Specialties are curated classes that are themed and align with the season or the studio focus of the month (e.g. Limbs of Yoga, Somatic Reeducation, etc.)

    This morning practice is a great add on to your weekly routine, or simply there for you whenever you want to drop in.

  • Private Instruction

    Private sessions at SPOGA are designed for those seeking one-on-one support, space, and structure in their wellness journey. Whether you’re a parent needing a nervous system reset, a recovery athlete, or someone navigating stress, greif, or transition, private instruction offers tailored care through breathwork, somatic reeducation, meditation, and yoga.

    Sessions are one hour long and include both short- and long-term goal setting, creating a container for growth. Private instruction is available as individual sessions, or part of a monthly membership.
