Empowering Flow (Ages 12-17) is a grounded, movement-based class designed for young people navigating the intensity of their teen years - without calling it that. Through breathwork, mindfulness, purposeful movement, and exercises that support attention, focus, and regulation - practitioners build the kind of internal strength that translates off the mat.
The purpose? To assist your child with clearing the mental clutter, regulating their energy and emotions, and staying anchored in who they are - so that they can respond to life from within, even when the world feels loud.
