Settle in for 2 hours of deep rest and renewal. In this practice, bolsters, blankets, and props fully support the body so muscles can soften and the nervous system can shift into a natural “rest and digest” healing state.
We’ll move through gentle, supported postures that calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance. More than relaxation, restorative yoga is backed by science. When the body experiences the Relaxation Response (Dr. Herbert Benson) when it feels safe and supported, stress hormones decrease, circulation improves, and true restoration begins from the inside out.
